Non-AI Policy
Effective Date: May 2, 2026
Purpose
This policy explains Taylor Lee Media’s commitment to human-created work and clarifies when and how AI tools are used. We build trust with clients and customers by being transparent about authorship and production methods.
Scope
This policy applies to all services, products, and content offered by Taylor Lee Media, including pre-production services, production templates, production forms, production services, and Taylor Lee Media movies and television shows, the TLM Network, blogs, articles, and all items sold in the shop. Our top priority is to separate creative work from administrative work when and if we decide to use AI.
Definitions
Human Created Work means creative output where the primary creative decisions and execution are performed by people on the Taylor Lee Media team or by contracted human collaborators.
AI-assisted work means work where AI tools are used only to support human creators for tasks such as formatting research or generating non-creative administrative drafts.
AI-generated work means work produced primarily by AI with minimal human creative input.
Policy Statement
Taylor Lee Media affirms that our core creative services and products are human-created. All creative direction, such as coming up with ideas for stories, writing them down, and executing them into a media platform, editing video, scheduling production, script and story analysis, script breakdown, pitch deck creation, project consultations, maintaining the TLM network, and original writing, is performed by our team or by vetted human collaborators.
We do not represent AI-generated work as human-made. If AI tools are used in any part of a project, we will clearly and accurately disclose that use.
We do not sell products or services that are primarily AI-generated without explicit disclosure. Any product that relies substantially on AI will be labeled and described so customers can make informed decisions.
Practices and Verification
Disclosure: Project proposals, invoices, product pages, and delivery notes will include a clear statement when AI tools were used and a short description of the role those tools played.
Documentation: For projects that include AI assistance, we will keep a brief record of the tools that were used, the tasks they supported, and the human approvals applied.
Quality Control: All deliverables that include AI-assisted elements will be reviewed, edited, and approved by a human member of the Taylor Lee Media team before delivery.
Customer Requests: Clients may request a written or digital confirmation that a deliverable was created without AI. We will provide that confirmation when feasible and accurate.
Third Party Content: When we license or curate third-party content, we will verify authorship claims and disclose any known AI involvement.
Exceptions and Updates
Permitted Exceptions: Administrative uses of AI, such as scheduling transcription, taking down notes, or file formatting, do not require product disclosure unless those outputs are included in a customer deliverable as creative content.
Policy Updates: This policy may be updated as technology and industry practices evolve. The effective date will be posted at the top of the non-ai policy.
