Services Refunds

  • Deposit and Start of Work: Service engagements require a deposit to secure dates. Work begins only after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Deposits are non‑refundable once work has commenced or resources have been reserved.

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel before work begins or before any non‑refundable commitments are made, we will refund amounts paid minus any non‑recoverable vendor or permit fees if applicable. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refunds are issued at our discretion and prorated for work completed.

  • Scope Changes and Refunds: If the scope changes, we will provide a change order and adjust fees. Refunds for reduced scope are prorated based on completed deliverables and non‑recoverable costs.

  • Dispute Resolution: If you believe deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, contact us (see Contact below). We will review and, where appropriate, offer revisions, partial refunds, or credit toward future services.

Digital Products and Templates

  • Non‑Refundable by Default: Digital downloads, templates, and software assets are non‑refundable once delivered, because they can be duplicated.

  • Exceptions: We will consider refunds if a product is defective, materially misrepresented, or fails to download. To request a remedy, contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide order details and a description of the issue. If you request a refund after the 14th day, a refund cannot be processed. Still, contact us to see if there is anything that we can do to help resolve the issue.

  • Remedies: If a valid defect or misrepresentation is confirmed, we will offer a replacement file, technical support, or a refund at our discretion.

Physical Goods

  • Return Window: Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds for returned physical goods are issued after inspection and may be reduced for damage or missing items.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Promotions and Bundles: Promotional sales, bundles, and clearance items may have different refund terms noted at purchase.

  • Custom Work: Custom or bespoke deliverables (custom designs, legal‑reviewed releases, bespoke edits) are generally non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
