These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website taylorleemedia.com and any services, products, or content provided by Taylor Lee Media. By visiting the site, purchasing products, submitting work, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or our services.
1. Definitions and Scope
Taylor Lee Media means the company operating taylorleemedia.com.
Services mean production services, consulting, scheduling, script services, and any other professional services offered.
Products mean digital goods, templates, downloads, physical merchandise, and any items sold through the shop.
TLM Network means the submission, curation, and distribution platform hosted on the site.
User Content means any material you submit to the site, including uploads, submissions to the TLM Network, comments, and messages.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and contributors.
2. Use of the Site and Accounts
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use: Use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict site functionality.
3. Services and Products
Service Agreements All service engagements require a written agreement or proposal that specifies scope, schedule, deliverables, fees, and payment terms. Service work does not begin until a signed agreement and any required deposit are received.
Product Sales Digital products are delivered electronically. Physical products are shipped per the shipping terms posted at checkout.
Third Party Tools We may use third party tools and vendors to deliver services or products. You agree that we may share necessary information with those vendors to fulfill orders.
4. Orders, Payments and Refunds
Pricing: Prices are listed on the site or in proposals and are subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote.
Payment Terms: Payment methods accepted are shown at checkout or in proposals. For services, we may require a deposit and milestone payments. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Refunds: Digital products are nonrefundable unless defective or misrepresented. Service refunds are handled case by case and are governed by the applicable service agreement. See our Refund Policy page for details.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on the site, including text, graphics, templates, video, audio, and code, is owned by Taylor Lee Media or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted.
Product Licenses: Digital templates and products are sold with a license. The license terms are included with each product and may limit use to a single user, prohibit resale, or require an extended license for team use.
User Content License: By submitting content to the TLM Network or uploading material, you grant Taylor Lee Media a nonexclusive worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the site and our services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
6. Submissions TLM Network and Moderation
Submission Rules: When you submit work to the TLM Network, you must provide accurate metadata and confirm you own or control the rights to the material. Do not submit material that infringes third-party rights or violates the law.
Moderation: We reserve the right to accept, reject, remove, or modify submissions for any reason, including quality, rights concerns, or policy violations. We are not required to provide feedback for rejected submissions.
Attribution and Credits: We will credit creators as agreed in the submission process. Any promotional use of submitted work will follow the terms agreed at submission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the site to:
Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Circumvent technical protections or attempt to access restricted areas of the site.
Violation may result in the removal of content, account suspension, and legal action.
8. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty The site and all services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Taylor Lee Media disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylor Lee Media’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars if you have not paid us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Third Party Links The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taylor Lee Media and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
10. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time for violation of these Terms or for other business reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations and indemnities.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
